Duval Steet Key West

A Bar on Duval Street

A Bar on Duval Street

Duval Street runs from north to south on the western end of Key West. It the busiest and most happening street in Key West. There are over 100 bars and as many restaurants, along with stores and various tourist traps , oops I mean attractions.

There is always a ton of foot traffic, people on bikes and people who are very new to riding scooters so it would suggested to park your car asap and see the street on foot.  The north end of Duval is right near where the cruise ships docks and so that end is over run with gift and tee-shirt shops. The middle and Southern End of duval is nice and more laid back, also more gay.  There is a pier and a beach at the south end of Duval which has nice views of the sunset.

The main activities on Duval would be shopping, eating and of course drinking.  There are restaurants and shops for a wide range of budgets. Staying directly or right near Duval tends to be more expensive then other areas of the island, of course.
